摘要
加快培养大批科技创新人才是建设创新型国家的重要任务。基于前期调研,提出创新、创造过程是一种问题解决过程,并在此基础上探讨了创新人才培养的动态创新能力培养定位,围绕典型企业相关实践做法,分析了重大项目实践、组织学习机制与创新人才培养的关系,提出了基于动态能力的科技创新人才培养策略模型及相关策略途径。
It is an important task to speed up the innovative talents development for building the innovative coun- try. Based on the investigation, this article put forward that innovation process is a kind of problem solving pro- cess. And then, suggested the training positioning for innovation talented: to raise dynamic innovation ability, Based on discussion some typical enterprise related practices, the article analyzed the relationship between major project practice, organization learning mechanism and the innovative talent development. At last, gave the strategy model about innovative talent development related dynamic ability training
