摘要
目的探讨口服米非司酮治疗对子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法将临床经过妇科检查和B超检查确诊为子宫肌瘤的患者,口服米非司酮治疗,用量为12.5mg/d,每晚睡前服用,治疗时间为1个疗程(3个月)。结果 64例子宫肌瘤患者治疗期间均闭经,贫血症状纠正,血红蛋白上升,子宫肌瘤体积缩小,患者肝、肾功能均正常。结论米非司酮在治疗子宫肌瘤中疗效显著,不良反应较小,是一种理想的保守治疗子宫肌瘤的方法。
Objective To investigate the oral mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods The clinical course of gynecological examination and B ultrasound examination of uterine fibroids diagnosed patients, oral mifepristone treatment, the dosage of 12.5mg/d, every night at bedtime, the treatment time for 1 courses of treatment （ 3 months ）. Results 64 cases of patients with uterine myoma during treatment were amenorrhea, symptoms of anemia correction, haemoglobin rises, uterine myoma volume reduction, liver, renal function were normal. Conclusion Mifepristone in treatment of hysteromyoma good curative effect, less side effect, is an ideal of uterine leiomyoma treated by conservative methods.
