Chemical Soaking Technique for Viscous Crude Oil Recovery

摘要 针对稠油开采 ,提出了化学吞吐技术这项新的增产措施 .对筛选出的吞吐配方的性能进行了全面测定 ;借助微观仿真模型研究了该项技术提高采收率的机理 ,并进行了室内模拟和现场试验 .研究结果表明 ,体系与原油间能形成超低油水界面张力 ,平衡油水界面张力为 3 1 5× 1 0 - 3mN/m ,具有较强的乳化能力和洗油能力 .室内模拟和在京 70 5井三个月现场作业均获得成功 ,此井产液量比吞吐前增加 60 %~ 78% ,产油量是吞吐前的 7 2~ 9 8倍 . A new production increasing measurechemical soaking is put forward. The property of the sifted soaking formulation is determined. The mechanism of increasing recovery factor by chemical soaking is studied by means of microscopic simulation model. The results of experimental tests show that, a small oilwater interfacial tension (3.15× -3 mN/m)is formed between crude oil and the chemical system, so the chemical system has good crude oil emulsifying and sweeping effects. The results of the field tests in Jing705 well in three months show that, the fluid production is increased by 61%~78%,and the oil production is 7.2~9.8 times as much as that before soaking.
