重视飞秒激光角膜屈光手术的个性化选择 被引量:2

Emphasis on customization of femtosecond laser corneal refractive surgery

摘要 准分子激光角膜屈光手术、飞秒激光联合准分子激光手术、全飞秒激光手术、眼内晶状体植入手术治疗近视等屈光不正手术有快捷、患者视力恢复快、长期可预测性强的优点,被越来越多的人所接受。手术方式的改良使其越来越适应角膜生理,且术式的选择更为个性化。近年来,飞秒激光在眼科的应用使屈光不正手术患者获得了更满意的治疗效果。然而飞秒激光手术目前仍处于发展阶段,应当理性对待其优点和不足,特别是根据不同患者情况的需要进行个性化术式选择,才能降低手术风险,使更多患者获得满意的视力矫正。 Excimer laser corneal refractive surgery, femtosecond laser assisted ex- cimer laser surgery, femtosecond laser assisted small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) surgery and intraocular lens implantation surgery could all be used to correct refractive error, and they are being accepted by more and more people because they are convenient with faster visual recovery and long-term visual predictability. The improve- ment of surgical methods along all these years has made the surgery more adaptable to corneal physiology, and the surgical options have become more customized. During the past several years,the application of femtosecond laser in ophthalmology had provided patients who underwent refractive error surgeries with more satisfactory results. But af- ter all, femtosecond laser assisted surgeries are still in the development stage, and we should recognize their strengths and weaknesses with rationality. In order to minimize the surgical risk while providing patients with satisfactory vision correction, it' s impor- tant to emphasize the customization of surgical options.
