摘要
通过实验研究了7种不同混纺比的纬平针组织竹浆纤维针织物的耐磨性。应用马丁代尔实验方法和实验仪对这些针织物的耐磨性进行了测定。根据织物在磨擦转数为5 000转、7 500转、10 000转、15 000转和25 000转的质量损失百分率来评价织物的耐磨性。通过对实验数据的统计分析,得出7种织物的耐磨性在不同磨擦转数都存在着显著性差异;织物的质量损失与磨擦转数之间存在着重要的、显著的正相关关系,织物的质量损失随着磨擦转数的增加而加大;纱线细度对织物耐磨性具有较大的影响。
The abrasion resistance of seven kinds of bamboo pulp fiber single jersey fabrics of different blended ratioes were investigated and tested by use of Martindale Abrasion method and Martindale Abrasion Tester. The abrasion resistance of the fabrics is evaluated according to their mass loss ratioes after 5 000, 7 500, 10 000, 15 000 and 25 000 rubs on Martindale Abrasion Tester. By statistically analyzing the data obtained from the test results, it is concluded that there is a significant difference among the abrasion resistances of the seven knitted fabrics after different abrasion cycles; that there is an important, positive and significant relationship between mass loss and abrasion cycle, and by increasing the abrasion cycle of the abrasion tester, higher mass loss value can be expected; and that the yarn count has a great effect on the abrasion resistance of the knitted fabrics.
