摘要
随着我国高等教育大众化时代的到来,医学类毕业生就业状况愈加严峻。作为学历层次较低的医学高职毕业生不断顺应趋势,就业形式呈现多样化的格局。以沈阳医学院为例,通过研究医学高职毕业生就业形式多样化格局的形成因素,提出了促进就业形式多样化良性发展的应对措施。
With the coming of popular times for advanced education in our country, the employment situation for medical graduates becomes more and more serious. As the low level of education, medical higher vocational graduates should follow the tendency with diversified employment form. Taking Shenyang Medical College as an example, through studying the forming factors diversified pattern of employment form for medical higher vocational graduates, this paper puts forward the corresponding measures of good development on promoting the diversification of employment form.
