摘要
目的:观察玉屏风散传统饮片汤剂与配方颗粒汤剂对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响,比较两者的疗效。方法:将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、环磷酰胺组(模型组)、玉屏风散饮片低、高剂量组、玉屏风散配方颗粒低、高剂量组6组。各组均每日给药1次,连续10 d,眼球取血,取脾脏、胸腺称重,计算脾指数和胸腺指数,Giemsa-wright染色观察腹腔液吞噬细胞计算吞噬率,分光光度计法检测小鼠脾脏抗体生成细胞和血清溶血素水平。结果:与环磷酰胺组比,玉屏风散饮片高剂量组和配方颗粒高剂量组脾指数、胸腺指数均显著升高,腹腔吞噬细胞吞噬率显著升高,脾脏抗体生成细胞功能明显增强,血清溶血素水平明显升高,且两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:玉屏风散配方颗粒汤剂与传统饮片汤剂均能增强免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能,两种剂型效果基本相当。
Objective ：To compare effect of Yupingfengsan traditional decoction and concentrated granule on immune function of immunosuppression mice. Method：The mice are randomly divided into normal control group,cyclophosphamide group,low dose group and large dose group of Yupingfengsan traditional decoction,low dose group and large dose group of Yupingfengsan concentrated granule. Mice in every group were successive administrated corresponding drug for 10 days. The blood was collected by extirpating eyealls. Spleen and thymus were taken,weighed. Then spleen index and thymus index were calculated. Phagocyte phagoeytosis rate in peritoneal fluid was examined. Antibody-created cells of spleen and hemolysin in serum were detected by spectrophotometer method. Results：Compared with cyclophosphamide group,spleen index,thymus index,phagocytic rate in peritoneal fluid,generate function of spleen antibody cells and serum hemolysin were significantly increased in large dose group of traditional decoction and dispensing granule decoction of yupingfengsan. There was no sig- nificant difference between large dose group of traditional decoction of yupingfengsan and large dose group of concentrated granule decoction of yupingfengsan. Conclusion ：Traditional decoction and concentrated granule decoction of yupingfengsan can enhance immune function of mice. The effect of traditional decoction is similar to that of concentrated granule decoction.
