摘要
目的探讨针刀触激术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar intervertebral discpro trusion,LIDP)引起的根性坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表以及随机数余数分组法,将84例有根性坐骨神经痛的LIDP患者分为两组,每组42例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组除常规治疗外,同时给予患侧坐骨神经针刀触激术治疗。使用数字评价量表(numerical ratingscale,NRS)对两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度进行评价,按照《腰椎间盘突出症的评分法疗效评定标准》对两组患者的症状与主诉、工作和生活能力、下肢的功能、临床体征等四个方面进行评分。结果试验组痊愈率、有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),根性坐骨神经痛及症状、体征缓解情况也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刀触激术能很好的缓解LIDP引起的根性坐骨神经痛。
Objective To observe the clinic effects of acupotomy stimulation on treatment of root sciatica caused by lumber in- tervertebral disc protrusion（LIDP）. Methods Eighty-four patients with root sciatica caused by LIDP were divided into two groups ：ex- perimental and control groups by using the table of random number and random number remainder grouping method. Each group had 42 patients. The control group was applied with conventional therapy. The experimental group was applied with conventional therapy plus acupotomy stimulation for sciatic nerve. Numerical Rating Scale（NRS） was used to evaluate the pain degree of patients before and after treatment. The scoring was made on four aspects, i. e. symptoms and complaints of patients, ability of work and life, functions of lower limbs and clinical signs, in accordance with the Criteria of the Evaluation of Curative Effect by Marks Methods for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation. Results The cure rate and effective rate of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Radicular sciatica symptoms and status of signs relief in the experimental group were also better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of acupotomy stimulation can alleviate root sciatica caused by LIDP.
