摘要
随着我国经济建设的快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,城市交通网络的不断拓展,汽车保有量的快速增长,机动车排放污染问题已经成为城市和区域大气污染中增长最为快速的污染源。本文分析了机动车污染物的危害并应用EPA开发的MOVES2010b分析了机动车污染物排放特性。从环保监管、车辆技术更新、交通组织优化等方面提出了相应的机动车减排措施。
Along with the ralpid development of China economy, people＇ s living standard rise ceaseless- ly, city traffic network unceasing development, the car quantity increasing rapidly, motor vehicle emis- sion pollution has become the most rapid pollution source for city and regional atmospheric. This paper ana- lyzes the harm and emission characteristics of vehicle pollutants through the MOVES2010b developed by EPA.From environmental monitoring, vehicle technology updates, traffic organization optimization and other aspects put forward the corresponding motor vehicle emission reduction measures.
