摘要
目的:回顾性分析食管癌放疗的护理体会。方法:选取笔者所在医院院肿瘤科2009年3月-2012年10月收治的确诊为食管鳞形癌,须经放疗治疗的患者80例,对其进行细致严密的围术期护理。结果:80例患者均积极配合治疗,无并发症发生,顺利完成治疗后出院。结论:食管癌的放疗配合严密细致的围术期护理,效果较好。
Objective： A retrospective analysis of esophageal cancer radiotherapy nursing experience.Methods： 80 patients with esophageal squamous carcinomaoncology from March 2009 to October 2012 were treated by radiotherapy and strict perloperative care.Results： 80 patients were actively cooperated with the treatment and no complications happend and discharged successfully.Conclusion： Esophageal cancer radiotherapy combined with strictly and meticulous perioperative care could achieve better effect.
