20CrMo等材料经热轧后,采用锻后余热正火工艺,易产生较为严重的魏氏组织。魏氏组织的存在,可降低材料的断裂韧度,对齿轮强度有致命危害。奥氏体晶粒粗大和一定的冷却速度是魏氏组织形成的主要原因,防止魏氏组织发生的关键是控制奥氏体的粗化,介绍了消除魏氏组织的常用方法。
After hot - rolling, some materials, like 20CrMo, are subjected to the normalizing treatment, which easily leads to the generation of the Widmanstatten structure. The existence of the Widmanstatten structure can reduce foe fracture toughness of the material and bring about fateful damage to gear strength. The coarse - grained austenite and certain cooling rate are the main reasons of forming Widmanstatten structure. The key point to prevent Widmanstatten structure from forming is the control of the austenite grain coarsening. The common methods for eliminating Widmanstatten structure are presented.
