摘要
私募股权基金(Private Equity Fund,简称"PE")作为一种有效的投资创新工具,近年来因其特有的优势正在如火如荼的发展。私募股权基金的根本目的是实现投资人的利益最大化,但由于风险投资不同利益主体之间形成的双重委托代理关系,并因此会产生相应的委托代理风险,因此如何有效保护投资人的权益,便显得尤为重要。文章在分析影响投资人权益不利因素的基础上,提出保护投资人权益的政策建议,以期为推动私募股权基金健康发展提供有益参考。
As an efficient tool for the investment innovation, Private Equity Fund （referred to as PE）has a rapid development recently because of its special advantages. PE is to achieve the maximization of the inter- ests of investors. Venture Investment between the different interest groups will form a dual agency relationship, and would have principal - agent risks. Therefore, it becomes very important how to protect the interests of in- vestors effectively. Based on the analysis of the unfavorable factors which influence the interests of investors, the article will put forward the policy suggestions of protecting investors＇interests, and be good for the develop- ment of Chinese PE healthily.
