复合钠盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生长及生理特性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以津优2号黄瓜为试材,采用砂培法研究了复合钠盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果显示:高浓度复合钠盐胁迫显著抑制黄瓜幼苗的生长。在不同浓度复合钠盐胁迫下,黄瓜幼苗叶片脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖含量和电导率均显著升高,且随复合钠盐浓度的增大和胁迫时间的延长而增大;叶绿素含量随复合钠盐浓度的增加呈先上升后下降趋势,且随着胁迫时间的延长下降幅度愈加明显。表明高浓度复合钠盐可破坏黄瓜幼苗细胞膜的完整性,导致细胞内含物外渗增加,最终影响植株的生长发育。 The ccumber cultivar, Jinyou No. 2, was used to investigate the effect of complex sodium salt stress on growth and physiological characteristics of cucumber seedlings. The complex sodium salt stress significantly reduced the bio- mass production of cucumber seedlings. After exposed to sodium salt stress, contents of proline, malondialdehyde, and soluble sugar, and electric conductivity of cucumber seedling leaves increased significantly, and kept increasing with higher concentration of sodium ion and longer stress time. Chlorophyll content rose during the early stage of stress, then decreased with stress process. These results indicated that high concentration of sodium ion damaged the integrity of cell membrane, leading to the increased extravasation of cell inclusion, and consequently the inhibition of growth and development of cucumber plants.
