托烷司琼联合地塞米松预防妇科手术术后恶心呕吐的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的:观察托烷司琼联合地塞米松对妇科手术术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的预防作用。方法:选择择期妇科手术80例,随机分成研究组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组40例,所有的病例均选择腰硬联合麻醉。术毕自硬膜外腔注入镇痛负荷剂量4ml,用生理盐水或利多卡因稀释,然后接PCEA泵,两组观察术后24h内恶心呕吐的发生情况及严重程度。结果:PONV的发生率B组明显高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:托烷司琼联合地塞米松能显著降低妇科手术术后PONV的发生率。
