摘要
目的:了解成都市各级医院儿科普通病房护理人力资源配置现状,为成都市儿科病房进行合理的护理人力资源配置提供参考。方法:采用整群抽样法,利用自制量表对成都市设置有儿科病房的14所医院进行调查,采用SPSS19.0软件对结果进行统计分析。结果:14所医院的平均床护比为1∶0.62,平均医护比1∶1.40,均低于卫生部颁布标准,儿科的平均床护比为1∶0.61,儿科普通病房床护比1∶0.45。其中三级医院儿科普通病房床护比为1∶0.40。结论:成都市各级医院儿科普通病房的护理人力资源绝对不足或相对不足,其中以三级医院及部分三级甲等专科医院不足情况更为突出。
Objectives: To understand the current status of nursing human resources in general pediatric wards of hospitals in Chengdu. Methods: A cluster sampling method was used to investigate 14 hospitals with pediatric wards by the self-designed questionnaire. We analyzed the data using SPSS 19.0. Results: The average bed-to- nurse ratio and physician-to-nurse ratio in 14 hospitals was 1:0.62 and 1:1.40 respectively (less than the national standard). The average bed-to-nurse ratio of the pediatric units (including outpatient and inpatient departments) was 1:0.61 and the average bed-to-nurse ratio of all the 14 pediatric inpatient wards was 1:0.45. Among the Three Grade hospitals, the average bed-to-nurse ratio of pediatric inpatient wards was 1:0.40. Conclusions: There has been a nursing shortage issue in the Third Grade hospitals and some Third Grade Class A specialized hospitals in Chengdu. The issue is even worse in general pediatric wards of all the study hospitals, especially in the Third Grade hospitals and some Third Grade Class A specialized hospitals.
