摘要
目的:调查并分析癌症患者症状的发生率、严重程度和症状群。方法:采用中文版记忆症状评估量表(MSAS-Ch)对973名癌症患者进行问卷调查。结果:癌症患者存在5个症状群,共能解释总变异的60.12%,分别为乏力-厌食-胃肠道症状群、病态行为症状群、心理症状群、体重下降-便秘症状群和治疗相关的症状群。结论:癌症患者存在不同的症状群,了解症状群有助于临床医务人员制定出有针对性的干预措施,以减轻患者的症状。
Objective： To investigate and analysis symptom incidence, severity and symptom clusters among tShmese cancer patients. Methods： A total of 973 Chinese cancer patients were investigated by the Chinese version Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale （MSAS-Ch）. Results： Five symptom clusters were identified in cancer patients and can explain 60.12% of the variance. These five symptom clusters were named fatigue-lack of appetite-gastrointestinal symptom cluster, illness behavior symptom cluster, psychic symptom cluster, weight loss-constipation symptom cluster, and treatment-related symptom cluster, respectively. Conclusion： This study identified five different symptom clusters among cancer patients. It helps healthcare professionals develop optimized therapies to manage multiple symptoms.
