基于HyperWorks的某轿车前车门下沉刚度的改进设计 被引量:6

摘要 针对某国产轿车车门出现的下沉刚度问题,应用CATIA软件建立三维几何模型,利用有限元理论与方法建立基于HyperMesh环境下的有限元模型,并用Optistruct求解器进行下沉刚度的仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该车门存在下沉刚度不足、应力值过大的问题。应用HyperStudy软件对车门各部件进行下沉刚度的灵敏度分析,依据分析结果提出了三种改进措施,并对车门改进后的低阶模态进行了计算。改进后的车门下沉刚度中的最大位移由10.78 mm降为1.927 mm、最大应力由489.3 MPa降为217.7 MPa,满足了车门下沉刚度的要求。 Aimed at the problem of car door sag stiffness, the three-dimensional geometric model of the car door was established through CATIA software. By using finite element theory and method, the finite element model of the car door was established based on HyperMesh environment. The sag stiffness of the car door was solved with Optistruct. The simulation result shows that the sag stiffness of the car door is insufficient, the stress value is excessive. The sag stiffness sensitivity of every part on the car door was analyzed, three feasible measures on the base of analysis were presented, and the modal of improved car door was calculated, whose maximum replacement was changed from 10.78 mm to 1.927 mm, maximum stress value changed from 489.3 MPa to 217.7 MPa, which meets the requirement sag stiffness perfectly.
