摘要
采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取番木瓜叶中挥发性成分,用全二维气相色谱─飞行时间质谱对挥发油化学成分进行分离鉴定,共鉴定出匹配度较高的化学成分383种,包括37种醇、53种醛、21种酸、49种烷烃、20种烯烃、82种酮和31种酯等。感官评吸结果表明:番木瓜叶挥发油无论是直接加入卷烟中还是以涂布液的方式加入烟草薄片中,均能与烟香协调、提高香气质、丰富烟香,使香气清晰、烟气绵柔细腻、绵长感好,提高抽吸的满足感、明显减小刺激性、提高抽吸舒适度,浓度劲头适中。
The volatile oil in papaya leaf was extracted by simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction, and its chemical constituents were analyzed by comprehensive two -dimensional gas chromatography and time -of- flight mass spectrometry (GC× GC - TOF - MS). Total 383 kinds of volatile oil constituents were identified, including 37 kinds of alcohol, 53 kinds of aldehyde, 21 kinds of acid, 49 kinds of alkane, 20 kinds of olefin, 82 kinds of ketone and 31 kinds of ester. Sensory evaluation results showed that papaya leaf volatile oil either directly added into the cigarette or indirectly added into the tobacco sheet in the mode of coating liquid could harmonize with tobacco fragrant, improve aroma quality, enrich tobacco fragrant, increase the smoking satisfaction and comfort, reduce the irritation, and make the strength and concentration moderate.
