摘要
分别采用比色法、滴定法和高效液相色谱法测定药用植物北豆根果实中主要化学成分含量。结果表明,北豆根果实中可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖、还原性糖、可滴定酸、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C、花色苷含量分别为8.5%、7.54%、0.111%、1.179%、1.94 mg·g-1、254.8 mg·100 g-1、41.5 mg·100 g-1。利用切伤果实测定蝙蝠葛碱方法较好,采用这种方法测定果实中蝙蝠葛碱含量为2.309 mg·g-1FW。
The contents of main chemical compositions in fruit of Menispermum dauricum DC. were measured by the methods of colorimetry, titration and high performance liquid chromatography, respectively. Results showed that the content of soluble solids, soluble sugar, reducing sugar, titrable acidity, soluble protein, vitamin C, anthocyanins was 8.5%, 7.54%, 0.111%, 1.179%, 1.94 mg.g^-1, 254.8 mg. 100 g^-l, 41.5 rag. 100 g^-1, respectively. The method of soaking of cutted fruit was better to measure the dauricine content in the fruit, which was 2.309 mg.g^-1 FW in this way.
