摘要
SF6分解产物检测作为对气体绝缘设备进行绝缘故障诊断和状态评估的重要手段之一,目前研究与应用大都集中在GIS和开关设备。在特高压换流站换流变压器阀侧套管、直流穿墙套管分解产物检测结果的基础上,分析了换流站设备SF6分解物主要组分的含量及规律,并通过实例提出生产现场开展SF6分解产物检测应综合实验室检测、电—声—气联合检测、电气试验和历史数据等手段与资料对异常检测结果进行系统化分析。
Detection techniques of decomposition products of SF6 gas is the important method of insulation fault and condition evalua- tion of gas insulation equipment, the current research and application is concentrated mostly in GIS and switch equipment. According to data of SF6 decomposition products of DC wall bushing and valve side bushing of converter transformer in UHV converter station, SF6 decomposition component is analysed in article. Abnormal data of SF6 decomposition products should be systematic analysed by means of laboratory testing, electrical tests and historical data.
