摘要
目的:探讨辨证施护联合艾灸治疗对突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:224 例来自近 2 年广西中医药大学耳鼻喉科病房的突发性耳聋患者被随机分为两组,治疗组 112 例, 对照组 112 例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在西医对照组的基础上,对患者进行辨证施护联合艾灸治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为 76.79%和 65.18%,两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证施护联合艾灸治疗对突发性耳聋有较好的治疗效果。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of protection and treatment on differentiation of symptoms and signs combined with moxibustion in treating sudden deafness. Methods： 224 patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups, 112 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicines, while the treated group was given TCM treatment combined with moxibustion. Results： The total effective rates of the treated group and the control group were 76.79% and 65.18% respectively, with significant differences. Conclusion： TCM treatment on symptoms and signs combined with moxibustion was effective in treating sudden deafness.
