摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证分型治疗中老年高血压病临床效果。方法:选择我院从 2006 年 1 月～2007 年 1 月收治的中老年高血压病患者 92 例,随机分成两组,治疗组采用中医辨证分型治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医辨证分型治疗对中老年高血压治疗效果显著,可作为安全有效方案。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of treating senile hypertension disease in TCM treatment based on different symptoms and signs. Methods： 92 senile hypertension patients collected from January 2006 to January 2007 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given TCM treatment based on different symptoms and signs, while the control group was given only conventional treatment. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM treatment based on different symptoms and signs was effective in treating senile hypertension, and can be used as a safe and effective solution.
