摘要
目的:观察补阳还五汤加减对气虚血瘀型胸痹的疗效。方法:选择胸痹 70 例随机分为两组,对照组西医治疗,实验组给予补阳还五汤治疗,对比疗效。结果:实验组疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:运用补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型胸痹的疗效好。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect ofBuyang Huanwu decoction on treating thoracic obstruction ofQixu Xueyu type. Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given modem medicine treatment, while the experimental group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction. Results： The efficacy in the experimental group was significantly different than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Buyang Huanwu decoction had good efficacy on thoracic obstruction of Qixu Xueyu
