摘要
应用SWOT方法对综合性医院中临床工程与信息技术2个部门的内部环境(优势、劣势)以及外部条件(机遇、威胁)进行了系统分析,提出综合性医院适宜采用SO策略,即充分利用院外的资源,发挥内部优势,实现2个部门在技术、管理、学科层面的全方位整合。
The internal environment, including the advantages and disadvantages, and the external conditions, including the opportunities and threats, of the two departments of clinical engineering（CE） and information technology（IT） in general hospitals are analyzed with SWOT method. General hospitals are suggested to adopt SO strategy, that is to make full use of the external and internal sources of hospitals to integrate the two departments from the aspects of technology, management and discipline.
