摘要
开发了基于数字图像相关法的光学引伸计,研制了非接触的光学变形测量系统。从数字图像相关法的基本原理出发,介绍了该引伸计系统的工作原理和实验前的准备工作。实验表明,该系统能实现均匀变形场的实时测量和非均匀变形场的事后分析。
A type of optical extensometer based on digital image correlation (DIC) has been developed to achieve non-contact optical measurement system. This device can achieve real time measurement of uniform de- formation, and analyze un-uniform deformation. Based on the principle of digital image correlation, the work- ing principle of extensometer and the preparations before the test were introduced. Finally, the experiments, which demonstrated that the measurement system was capable of achieving real time measurement of uniform deformation and analysis of un-uniform deformation, were presented.
