摘要
目的观察不同机体状态下穴位配伍效应的变化,探究腧穴配伍对效应方向及效应量的影响。方法选择成年SD大鼠,运用胃球囊内压测量方法,观察在胃运动正常、兴奋、抑制状态下,电针(刺激参数为3 mA,2/15 Hz)天枢组、天枢配上巨虚组、天枢配曲池组、天枢配大肠俞组(每组每种状态为10只大鼠)对调节胃运动效应的差异。结果电针天枢单穴在3种胃运动状态下均为抑制效应(变化百分率分别为-15.83±1.80、-13.95±4.35、-21.30±2.75),兴奋状态下的效应量最高;天枢穴与曲池、上巨虚、大肠俞配伍后,其效应量均降低,3种状态3种组合的9种情况下,7种情况的效应量较单穴效应量的差异(78%)有统计学意义,提示天枢穴与不同部位腧穴的两两配伍对胃运动的调节呈现拮抗作用。结论电针刺激不同状态下的天枢穴均呈现抑制效应,机体状态可影响效应量,并不影响效应方向;天枢穴与上肢、下肢、背部穴位配伍,对调节胃运动均呈现拮抗作用,这一作用也不受机体状态影响。
Objective To observe the acupuncture effect of acupoint compatibility at different body state, explore the effect of acupoint compatibility on the direction and effect quantity. Methods For adult SD rats, using the gastric balloon pressure measuring method, under the gastric motor state of normal, excited and inhibited, the different effect of electroacupuncture (stimulating parameters of 3 mA, 2/15 Hz) Tianshu group, Tianshu coupled with Shangjuxu group, Tianshu coupled with Quchi group, Tianshu coupled with Dachangshu group (10 rats for each state of each group) were observed. Results Electroacupuncture Tianshu single point in three kinds of gastric motion had inhibitory effect (percentage changes were -15.83±1.80, -13.95±4.35, -21.30±2.75}, the highest level of effect was in the excited state. When Tianshu coupled with Shangjuxu, Quchi, and Dachangshu, its effect decreased. In 9 cases of three kinds of combinations of three states, effect quantity of 7 cases was significantly different with single acupoint in volume (78%), hints that Tianshu coupled with other points of different body parts for adjusting gastric motion showed antagonism effect. Conclusion Acupuncture at Tianshu under different conditions showed inhibitory effects. Body state can influence the effect size, but does not affect the effect direction. Coupled with the points on upper limb, lower limb, and the back, the effect on regulation of gastric motility shows antagonism, this effect is not affected by body states.
