摘要
组织工程骨修复骨缺损是当前研究的热点。骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)具有强大的促成骨活性,能够诱导间充质细胞不可逆地分化为骨、软骨组织;BMP-2是成骨能力最强的BMP之一,目前已被广泛应用于骨组织工程领域,并且展现出良好的应用前景。在此分析了近年来BMP-2在骨组织工程中应用研究的文献,概述国际上关于负载BMP-2组织工程骨研究现状及临床应用进展。
Repairing bone defects using tissue engineered bone has become a hot spot. There is a strong osteoinductive potentiality in bone morphogenetie protein(BMP) ,which could induce the irreversible differ- entiation of mesenchymal cells into bone and cartilage. BMP-2 is one of BMPs with the most osteoinductive potentiality,which has been widely used in the bone tissue engineering presenting an excellent application prospect. Here reviews literatures published in recent years on the application of BMP-2 in bone tissue engi- neering, and summarizes the research progress and clinical applications of repairing bone defects with BMP-2 loaded tissue engineered bone.
