摘要
石斛为传统中药材,目前市场上种类繁多真伪难辨。该文对石斛药材的传统形态及显微鉴别、成分分析和分子鉴别方法进行了综述,介绍了各种鉴别方法的研究现状,并对其优缺点进行比较,为当前石斛及中草药的分类鉴别及市场规范提供依据。
CAULIS DENDROBII was the Chinese traditional medicinal materials, with a wide range of variety on the market, made it difficult to distinguish. The traditional morphology and microscopic identification, component analysis, molecular identify were reviewed, and the re- search status of all kinds of identification methods were introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of them were compared, which can pro- vide references for identification and market standardization of CAULIS DENDROBII and Chinese herbs.
