摘要
沟通能力已经成为当前医务人员必备能力之一。"中国医师人文医学执业技能培训"对加强医师人文素质,提高医师的沟通技能有着明显效果,然而该体系中却缺乏处理医疗纠纷的沟通技能的模块。结合医疗纠纷处理经验和人文沟通技能,探索出医疗纠纷处理中的沟通技能三阶段模型,以弥补中国医师人文医学执业技能培训体系之不足。
The communication skill has become one of indispensable abilities for medical staffs. "China's Social Psychologi- cal Skills Training System For Medical Doctor" has a clear effect on improving the medical staffs' humanistic quality and their communication skills. However, this training system is lack of the module about the communication skills to deal with the medical disputes. This article summarized the experiences from the practical medical disputes and researched the humanistic communication skills and then provided a three-stage module to deal with the medical disputes. These will be helpful for the development of "China's Social Psychological Skills Training System For Medical Doctor".
