摘要
护理岗位的配置与管理已成为目前研究的热点问题,但由于护理人才发展的不平衡,实施过程中存在诸多难以在现阶段能够解决的实际问题。文章就临床护理岗位设置的现状与存在问题进行分析并提出建议,科学设置临床护理岗位是基础,实施规范的护理人才培训是实现临床护理岗位管理的保证。
The configuration and management of nursing post has become a hot issue. Due to the unbalanced development of nursing personnel, there were many practical problems to solve at the present stage. This paper analyzed the present status and existing problems in clinical nursing post setting, and proposed that scientific establishment of nurses was the foundation and standardized nurse training was the key point to ensure the realization of clinical nursing post management.
