摘要
从水稻机械化栽插角度,农机农艺融合,研究与水稻种植机械化直接相关的秧龄、株距、播种量、秧盘形式和秧爪结构五因素,通过L12(3×24)四因素两水平和一因素三水平的混合型正交试验,以水稻理论产量和实际产量为衡量指标,得出与水稻机械化栽插相关五因素对水稻产量的影响.研究结果表明,秧龄、株距和播种量对水稻产量的影响特别显著,秧盘形式和插秧机秧爪结构对水稻产量有一定影响.
In a mixed orthogonal test of L_12 (3 ×2^4 ), combining agricultural machinery design with agro- nomical practice, the effects of five influencing factors (seedling age, inter-plant spacing, sowing rate, seedling tray and seedling claw structure) on rice yield were studied so as to promote mechanized rice planting. The results showed that seedling age, inter-plant spacing and sowing rate had significant effects on rice yield, while seedling tray and seedling claw structure were of secondary importance.
