摘要
目的 :探讨肠内营养 ( EN )在急性重症胰腺炎 ( ASP)中应用的安全性和有效性。 方法 :以近年来的 ASP作实验组 ,与既往的 ASP治疗结果作对比 ,观察住院天数、各种并发症、死亡率和费用的差异。 结果 :实验组平均住院天数、ARDS和其他感染性并发症均低于对照组 ,死亡率明显下降 ,治疗总费用显著减少。 结论 :EN在急性重症胰腺炎中的应用是安全有效的 。
Objectives:To evaluate the rational regimen of enteral nutrition in the treatment of a cute severe pancreatitis. Methods:The incidence of serious complications,mortality, curative ef fect and cost were compared between EN group and control group. Results:The mean hospital ization days and the rate of serious complications such as ARDS and shock were significantly lower in the EN group as compared with control group.The mortality was 35.1% in the control group and 20.0% in the EN group.The cost in EN was markedly lower than in patients who received PN. Conclusions:It is safe and effective to use EN in one week after occurence or emergency operation of acute severe pancreatitis.
