摘要
目的 研究杂色和白色成年豚鼠正常听反应阈及耳蜗血管纹细胞增殖活性的差异。方法 用听觉诱发电位仪分别测定杂色和白色豚鼠 40Hz听觉相关电位 (4 0HzAERP)及听性脑干反应 (ABR)阈值 ;用免疫组化法检测两种豚鼠耳蜗血管纹增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达的差异。结果 杂色和白色豚鼠耳蜗血管纹中间细胞PCNA染色均呈阳性 ,但前者PCNA的表达显著强于后者 ;两种豚鼠的听反应阈值无显著性差异。结论 正常杂色和白色成年豚鼠血管纹中间细胞均具有增殖能力 ,但前者的增殖能力显著高于后者 。
Objective To investigate the difference in auditory threshold and cell proliferative activity of the stria vascularis between adult pigmented and albino guinea pigs.Methods The 40 Hz AERP and ABR were measured,and the stria vascularis was observed immunohistochemically with the antibody against PCNA.Results The intermediate cells of triavascularis both in pigmented and albino guinea pigs were positively stained with the antibody against PCNA,but the expression of PCNA in the former was significantly stronger than that in the latter.There was no significant difference in the hearing threshold between the two strains of guinea pigs.Conclusion The intermediate cells of stria vascularis in adult pigmented and albino guinea pigs have the potential of proliferation.But the proliferative activity in the former is significantly higher than that in the latter,which doesn't result in significant difference in the normal auditory threshold between the two strains of guinea pigs.
