摘要
采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法 ,对 2 1 5只塞北兔血清碱性磷酸酶的遗传多态性进行了检测。结果表明 ,碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)有三种不同的表型 AA、AB和 BB,受 2个共显性等位基因 A和 B控制 ,基因频率分别为 0 .2 4 88(AKPA )和 0 .751 2 (AKPB) ,杂合度为 0 .3940。经 X2检验 ,AKP位点处于高度不平衡状态 (P<0 .0 0 1 )
The Serum Alkaline Phosphatase Potymorphism of 215 Saibei Rabbits was detected by vertical polyacrlamide gel electrophoresis The result show there are three phenotgpes in AKP which were controlled by two codomiant alleles The frequencies of gene in AKP loci are 0 248 8(AKP A)and 0.751 2(AKP B) The heterozygosity is 0 394 0 By X 2 fitness testing,the population of Saibei Rabbits lie in a high disequilibrium state in AKP
