摘要
星形细胞肿瘤是原发性脑肿瘤中最常见的一类肿瘤。1993年WHO分类将脑肿瘤分为弥漫性和局限性两大类。弥漫性星形细胞肿瘤包括胶质母细胞瘤、间变性(恶性)星形细胞瘤和低度恶性星形细胞瘤 ;局限性星形细胞肿瘤包括毛细胞型星形细胞瘤、多形性黄色星形细胞瘤和室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤。本文对各种星形细胞肿瘤的病理、临床、CT、MRI特征。
Astrocytic tumors are the most common primary brain tumors.The classification publisthed in 1993 by the World Health Organization(WHO)divided them into two groups——focal infiltrating astrocytomas and diffuse astrocytomas.Diffuse astrocytomas included gliobastoma multiform,anaplastic astrocytoma and astrocytoma.Focal infiltrating astrocytomas included pilocytic astrocytoma,pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma and subependymal giant cell astrocytoma.The pathology,clinical presentation,menifestation of CT and MRI,and imaging diagnosis and differentiant diagnosis of astrocytic tumors are precisely reviewed.
