摘要
职业资格考试作为日本重要的人才选拔手段,在明治年间已初显雏形,现已形成考试种类齐全、管理主体清晰、法律体制健全的资格框架体系。借鉴日本的成功经验,为完善我国职业资格考试制度,应采取以下措施:建立完善的法律体系;强化政府的宏观管理,鼓励行业协会参与;建立国家职业资格框架体系;实现考试内容科学化,考试形式多样化。
As an important method to select talents in Japan, the occupational qualification examination system started to appear in Mejiera, and has become a perfect system until now, and its characteristics are: complete classified types, clear managerial system and sound law system. The experience of Japan has important enlightenments for China to opti mize occupational qualification examination system: complete law system; strengthen governmental management; encourage folk participation; build national occupational qualification System; enrich the contents and methods of examinations.
