摘要
职业资格考试作为日本重要的人才选拔手段,在明治年间已初显雏形,现已形成考试种类齐全、管理主体清晰、法律体制健全的资格框架体系。借鉴日本的成功经验,为完善我国职业资格考试制度,应采取以下措施:建立完善的法律体系;强化政府的宏观管理,鼓励行业协会参与;建立国家职业资格框架体系;实现考试内容科学化,考试形式多样化。
As an important method to select talents in Japan, the occupational qualification examination system started to appear in Mejiera, and has become a perfect system until now, and its characteristics are： complete classified types, clear managerial system and sound law system. The experience of Japan has important enlightenments for China to opti mize occupational qualification examination system： complete law system; strengthen governmental management; encourage folk participation; build national occupational qualification System; enrich the contents and methods of examinations.
