摘要
提出了考虑水流滞时的短期梯级水电日优化调度模型。将水流滞时表示成平均出库流量的非线性函数形式,以反映梯级水电站间水流滞时的动态特性。同时,提出了针对复杂的水流滞时、水电转换、分段出力限制等非线性函数线性函数线性化建模的新方法,通过引入多组状态变量及相关约束,将梯级水电日优化调度问题转换为线性混合整数规划问题,最后,采用CPLEX商用软件包进行求解。通过对包含13个水库、44台机组的梯级水电系统的算例分析,验证了模型的合理性和方法的有效性。
In this paper, daily optimal scheduling model for cascade hydropower stations considering the flow delay time was proposed. In this model flow delay time model was expressed as the nonlinear function of the average storage outflow, which could reflect the dynamic character of the delay time among cascade hydropower stations. Meanwhile, in view of the complicated non-linear function, like cascade delay time, hydraulic-electric conversion and piecewise output limit, a novel linear modeling method was proposed. The daily optimal scheduling problem was changed into a linear mixed integer programming problem by introducing multiple sets of state variables and constraints. And then the proposed model was solved by the commercial software of CPLEX. Actual calculation cascade hydropower system ex- ample containing 13 reservoirs and 44 hydropower units was tested. Results show that the proposed optimal model is rational, and the algorithm is effective.
