摘要
外部系统发生故障时,发电机的暂态感应分量及不平衡功率导致DFIG与FPC风力发电机出现换流器过电流、直流电容过电压现象。通过建立DFIG与FPC风电机的换流器及直流电容的保护控制电路,并重点实现了故障期间DFIG网侧换流器无功补偿的控制,使风电机能够满足低电压穿越的要求,且故障期间能够为系统提供电压支撑;仿真分析表明,保护电路及无功控制在故障过程中实用有效。
When a fault occurs in the outside power system, the generator transient inductive component and unbal- anced power cause DFIG and FPC generator to suffer converter over-current and DC capacitor over-voltage. By devel- oping the control and protection system for converter and DC capacitor of both DFIG and FPC generator, especially the reactive compensation control of the DFIG side converter in the case of faults, LVRT can be achieved and voltage support can also be provided to the outside system during the failure. Simulation analysis validates the practicality and effectiveness of the protection circuit and var-control system.
