摘要
促进教师专业发展,需要关注作为发展主体的教师自身在专业发展中的作用,促使他们专业发展动机的内化和内部动机的维持,使他们把专业发展变为一种主动追求,从被动专业化变为主动专业化。专业发展动机的内化受社会环境和个体的影响。学校要创设良好的环境,以满足教师的自主需要、能力需要和归属需要,同时教师自身也需要促进专业发展意识的觉醒,进行动机自我调节。
For promoting teachers' professional development, it is necessary to highlight teachers' initiative, and more specifically, to internalize and sustain their motivation in professional development. This internalization is determined by social environments and individual dispositions. On one hand, school should provide proper environment to fulfill teachers' needs of autonomy, being competitive and belonging. On the other hand, teachers should cultivate their awareness of professional development and make effort to regulate their motivation system.
