摘要
本文以图书馆学五定律为切入点,对我国现行地方性图书馆管理办法进行了客观分析,从整体出发对各管理办法之间的异同点进行了大致比较,进而找出管理办法中的优点与不足,探讨其对图书馆进一步发展的影响。
The essay uses the five laws of library science as an entry point to make an objective analysis of the current local library regulations. After comparing the differences and similarities between each regulation in general, it figures out the advantages and disadvantages of the regulations so as to promote libraries further development.
