摘要
目的 :从免疫功能方面探讨中药黄芪的强身健体作用。方法 :用 10 0 %黄氏水浸出液定期给小白鼠灌胃 ,然后检测小白鼠淋巴细胞增殖和IL - 2的产生。结果 :用药组小白鼠对脾淋巴细胞增殖和IL - 2产生有显著增强作用 ,与对照组相比有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,未见有副作用。结论
Objective: To research the health promotion effect of AM. Methods: Filled the stomaches of mice with 100% water extract of AM regularly and tested lymphocyte proliferation and Interleukin-2 (IL-2) production. Results: Compared with control group, the lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 production increased significantly in AM group (p<0.001) and no side effect appeared. Conclusions: These results indicated that taking AM orally could enhance immune function obviously.
