摘要
现阶段,经过一定知识和能力的积累,中国后发企业面临全球化背景下领先企业全方位的激烈竞争。在更加开放和动态的产业中,资源兼具分散和快速变化的特点,协同创新已经成为一种必须的创新战略。那么,中国后发企业如何构建研发网络以通过协同创新实现创新追赶?本文通过对浙江省4个制造企业的多案例分析,探索并提出了后发企业如何通过基于地理边界、组织边界、知识边界的研发网络构建,实现创新追赶的过程与机制。
At the present stage of time,after China s latecomer firms(CLF) have certain accumulation of knowledge and ability, they are,in the circumstance of globalization,faced with all kinds of fierce competition with leading firms in the world.In more open and dynamic industries,because of the characteristics of resources being highly dispersed and being frequently changing,the collaborative innovation has become an essential innovation strategy.In this case,how do CLF construct the network in R&D to realize innovative catching-up by means of the collaborative innovation? By the use of the analysis of multiple cases in 4 manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province,we have made an exploration and pointed out how CLF will realize,by means of the construction of the R&D net work based on the geographical,organizational and knowledge boundaries,the process and the mechanism of the innovative catching-up.
