摘要
目的:评价杏地咳喘宁胶囊止咳、祛痰、平喘和抗炎作用。方法:采用浓氨水引咳法、气管酚红法和毛细玻管排痰法研究杏地咳喘宁胶囊的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿法、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀法和冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性法研究其抗炎作用。结果:杏地咳喘宁胶囊具有明显的止咳和抑制哮喘作用,高、中剂量使排痰量明显增加,并能解除气管痉挛;对二甲苯和角叉菜胶所致急性炎症具有抑制作用,可以抑制冰醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管的通透性增加。结论:杏地咳喘宁胶囊具有一定的止咳、祛痰、平喘和抗炎作用。
AIM： To evaluate relieving cough and phlegm, antiasthmatic and anti-inflammato- ry effects for Xing dike chuan ning capsule. METHODS： Pharmacological effects of relieving cough and phlegm, antiasthmatic and anti-in- flammation were evaluated by animal model which involed ammonia induced cough, tracheal phenol red method, capillary glass tube expecto- ration of apricot, xylene induced ear swelling method, carrageenan-induced rat paw edema and so on. RESULTS： Xing di ke chuan ning capsule could relieve cough and phlegm, increase appar ently expectoration action, and relieve airway spasm, it would also inhibit inflammation in- duced xylene and carrageenan acetic acid. CON- CLUSION. Xing di ke chuan ning capsule showed better effects of relieving cough and phlegm, antiasthmatic and anti-inflammation.
