摘要
以江西某地黑滑石为原料,系统研究了原矿磨矿粒度、煅烧温度、煅烧时间等因素对其白度的影响。研究表明,磨矿粒度200目以上是保证有机质充分暴露的条件,煅烧温度在1 100~1 200℃、煅烧时间30min可使有机质充分分解,最终产品白度达到92%以上。
By utilizing black talc extracted fi'om Jiangxi province, the factors including grinding size, roasting temperature and time which influencing whiteless of roasting product was introduced. The results show that, finer grinding size is the conditon to ensure organic matter fully exposed, proper roasting temperature is the conditon for organic matter to decomposed, and roasting time is to guarantee the organic matter fully decomposed. The optimum process conditions is: grinding size is more than 200 mesh, roasting temperature is between 1 100-1 200℃, roasting time is 30min. the whiteness reach above 92%.
