膀胱癌组织中癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1蛋白表达的临床意义 被引量：9

摘要 癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1（carcinoembryonic antigen related cell adhesion molecule1，CEACAM1）是一种细胞跨膜糖蛋白，癌胚抗原家族的一个成员，属于免疫球蛋白超家族黏附分子，在肿瘤发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。研究证实，CEACAM1在甲状腺癌中表达上调，而在结肠癌、乳腺癌中表达下调或缺失。
