摘要
提出了一种基于Internet、面向光固化快速成型和STL文件的远程在线报价系统 ,论述了该系统基于模型加工时间的报价原理 ,对该系统的算法和步骤进行了较详细的阐述 .分析和比较了在Internet上实现该远程报价系统的几种方法的可行性和优缺点 ,实现了以ActiveX控件构筑的、工作在Browser/Server模式下的网络报价引擎 .该引擎具有文件操作、报价参数选择、分层、计算模型体积和加工时间以及显示详细报价结果等功能 ,计算速度快 ,准确性高 ,界面友好 .
A stereolithography oriented online pricing engine is developed using Internet & Intranet. Use is made of an accurate build time prediction in addition to a detailed algorithm. An online pricing engine is constructed by the application of ActiveX controls with functions of file operation, build preferences selection, slicing, volume and build time estimation and pricing result printout, etc. The advantages of the present approaches are high speed, high accuracy and friendly interface. A case study is presented to validate the engine’s availability and accuracy.
