摘要
交流异步电力测功机广泛用于齿轮或液力变速器、汽车分动箱、风机和水泵、发动机等装置转矩和输入、输出机械功率测试.阐述了交流异步电力测功机系统的控制方法,针对传统PID控制器的不足,提出了基于模糊PID恒转速控制器的交流异步电力测功机控制系统,并给出了相关的实验结果.实验证明,该方法具有可行性,为转矩和输入、输出机械功率的测试提供了一种新的控制方法.
The AC asynchronous electrical dynamometer is a major testing-equipment used largely in the power-mechanical field for the measurement of the input power, output power and the torque of gear wheel or torque converter, transfer case,wind turbine or pump, engine and so on. This article analyzes the con- trol method of the system and puts forward a controller system based on the fuzzy PID method which is used to overcome the disadvantages of traditional PID controller method. The experiments prove that the proposed modal is effective. It affords a new control method for the measurement of the input power, out- put power and the torque in the power-mechanical field.
