摘要
在论述专门用途英语发展的基础上,阐明了专门用途英语翻译工作的重要意义,并以科技英语、商务英语和社会用途英语为例分析了专门用途英语语篇的特点和翻译策略。
This article elaborates the significance of the transla- tion of English for specific purpose on the basis of expounding its development. It also analyses features of ESP discourse and its translation strategy by taking English for Science and Technology, Business English and English for social use.
