摘要
生物碱具有重要的生理活性,对其提取研究具有重要的实用意义。采用索氏提取法提取花椒中的生物碱,研究了提取剂浓度、料液比、回流温度、回流时间对提取率的影响;通过正交试验确定了最佳提取工艺条件;建立了酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱含量的方法。
The alkaloid has many functions which are used widespread. There are many kinds of biological effect activities to human. The alkaloid in zanthoxylum bungeanum has been extracted by Soxhlet extraction,and the effects on extraction rate of ethyl alcohol concentration,ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature and extraction time were studied. The optimum extraction process was obtained through orthogonal test,and a method for determination of alkaloids by acid dye colorimetry was established.
