摘要
根据某高镁胶磷矿的性质,采用反浮选工艺处理该胶磷矿。试验对比了两种不同的反浮选抑制剂PT-4与磷酸的抑制性能,结果表明PT-4的分选效果较好,用其作反浮选抑制剂浮选品位为P2O5 27.52%、MgO 6.03%的原矿时,得到的精矿指标为P2O534.52%,P2O5回收率97.71%,实现了目的矿物与脉石矿物的有效分离。
The reverse flotation was used to process collophaniteaccording to its properties. Tests for comparison of the suppres- sion of two kinds of different reverse flotation depressor and PT-4 and phosphoric acid showed that the separation result of PT-4 is better. The phosphate concentrate with grade of 34.52% and re- covery of 97.71 % were obtained from run-of-mine ore with grade of 27.52% and MgO 6.03% using it as depressor in reverse flota- tion and the effective separation of valuable mineral from gangue mineral was realized.
